At Youngchief Consulting & Training, we are proud to be an Indigenous and female majority-owned company specializing in First Nation workforce development, health & safety consulting, and industry-recognized scaffold training across Canada. As an Authorized Training Institute (ATI) for the Scaffold & Access Industry Association, we deliver scaffold apprenticeship and Journeyman certification programs aligned with North American safety and technical standards while also supporting communities and organizations through practical health, safety, and workforce consulting services.
